Built to start the right conversation
Most security leaders I meet are navigating the same challenge: they know Zero Trust is directionally right, but translating a CISA maturity model or a NIST architecture document into an actionable roadmap is hard — especially when you're also trying to justify budget and manage a team.
This site is my attempt to make that translation easier. The assessment tracks the CISA ZTMM 2.0 Identity pillar (Table 2) functions and maturity stages. The product mappings reflect how Okta customers at each maturity stage typically sequence their deployments. The roadmap recommendations come from working with hundreds of organizations across the region.
